February is black history month. To celebrate I spent all of February highlighting black owned food businesses on my Instagram story. Since not everyone follows me on Instagram I wanted to have a permanent platform to reference the businesses I’ve been highlighting. Supporting and educating ourselves on black businesses should not be confined to one month. It should be celebrated and supported year round. I definitely found some new businesses this month and I hope you discover some new ones as well. Feel free to also check out my post on Black Owned Food Businesses I’ve Ordered from and Love.
