Cinnamon Funnel Cake

Cinnamon Funnel cake

Funnel Cake is one of my favourite summertime festivals and fairs sweets to have. Whether it’s at Canada’s Wonderland, CNE, or a food festival, Summer can not past by without having a funnel cake. Unfortunately this year shaped out a little differently due to the pandemic BUT that would not stop me from having my funnel cake. I made this cinnamon funnel cake recipe super easy to make.

The best part about a funnel cake is probably the dressing. Generally people add powdered sugar, ice cream and strawberry sauce. You can have if any way and make it your own!

Funnel batter

A key component is a funnel. You need a funnel like tool in order to get that distinct funnel cake design. I bought this pressure bottle and cut the top a bit bigger and filled it with the batter.
